SAEED VALADBAYGI INTERVIEW WITH SKYTG24 - ENTREVSITA DE SAEED - INTERVISTA DE SAEED PARA SKYTG24

LINK IN YOUTUBE http://ow.ly/impA

In English:
Simona Vasta: “He is called Saeed, however his true name remains a mystery, especially for the Intelligence of the Iranian regime that has opened the hunting bloggers, guilty of telling the world what is really happening in Iran and prove it through amateur dramatic videos that, before ending up on u-tube, are often posted on Saeed’ blog. In the network he and his Revolutionary Road have become a point of reference for international media and the voice of Saeed is perhaps the only independent that you can hear from Tehran even if through a lot of precautions”. Saeed Valadbaygi: The real face of the Islamic Republic has emerged and led people to protest and chant anti-government slogans. People desire a free society that respects human rights and they know that all these are being denied in the Islamic republic. Initially protests were peaceful but after people getting attacked by security forces, the situation totally has changed . At last protests turned into a massive street war. Moussavi was Khomeini 's Prime Minister during Iran-Iraq war era and as a policy there is not much difference between him and Ahmadinejad in my opinion. We recognize Moussavi and Rafsanjani as leaders and supporters of the Islamic Republic, we believe that their duty is to keep the allies of the Islamic Regime rather than meeting people's desire. Ahmadinejad supports the radical and fundamentalist Islamic leadership so always defends politic decisions of Khamenei. The situation in Iran prisons needs to be concerned , in addition to political prisoners who already are in jail recently a big number of political activists and journalists has added. The other factor is the torture and infuriating interrogations. State prisons and hospitals have not publicized names of dead prisoners . There are just few countries which attack and mistreat and even kill their own people as the Islamic Republic does. In addition to the anti-riot police, Islamic Republic also has Revolution Guards and Basij. During the recent protests we have seen that the Basij and the Revolution Guards among the most repressive and authoritarian regime's forces. Protests have not stopped. In the past few days we have seen demonstrations in Tehran, radical slogans against the regime and even fights at nights which continue in Tehran and some other cities. People's peaceful demonstrations have already been changed to aggressive and violent demonstrations and there are some real clashes between armed forces and people and that is happening because people has lost support and leadership of the so-called leaders. Actually we do not expect much from these kind of leaders and to be in the events and among the people because they always have accompanied by the armed forces and in the next few days we will be witnessing even more huge gatherings...

ENTREVISTA COM SAEED

GREAT WORK SAEED!! GO ON DON'T STOP!!

Some of you probably know about the ex political prisoners from 1980 have organized a wide spread hunger strikes around the world in opposition to the Islamic Republic of Iran. However, they have also taken a clear distance from the UN hunger strike that is arranged by Akbar Ganji, a former member of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC) and a member of Ministry of Intelligence and Securty of the IRI in 1980.

The following is the ex political prisoners Manifesto which is welcommed and signed by a great number of organizations and well known activists including Noam Chomsky.

In exposure to Ganji's attempt I compilied 2 writings in recent days that I attach a link to them at the end of this message.
***************************************
Noam Chomsky:
I would like to express my strong support for your hunger strike and other actions protesting the criminal repression in Iran, and my hope that your principled and courageous efforts will help bring freedom and justice to Iran and an end to harsh authoritarian rule.
********************************************
Manifesto:

Join the Manifesto
Against the new wave of attacks and oppression in Iran

Courageous people of Iran and All Freedom lovers around the world!!

The recent massive demonstrations by millions of people in most of the Iranian cities, was a manifestation of power by a nation challenging the continuous repression, ruthlessness and demagogy of this regime. This challenge was brutally attacked by anti democratic Islamic regime and its security forces. It is certain by now that tens of people have been killed and hundreds wounded. We have received reports of arrests and disappearances of thousands of activists and dissidents of Islamic republic regime. Among these, student dormitories were the first targets. Massive waves of night time raids of homes leading to arrests of many youths, journalists, students and disappearance of many, for us, is reminiscence of the 80’s fear and horror.
Massive detainees are kept in known prisons such as Evin, Gohardasht and in military posts, Basiji Centers and unknown detention locations.
In spite of extreme censorship, received reports, pictures and video clips are undeniable evidences that the widespread torture, atrocities and brutality of the regime has reached unbelievable dimensions. Assault and battery, unbearable physical and mental torture, has added more than ever, to the hefty record of Islamic republic’s violation of human rights.
The famous tactic of creating fear amongst people, continuous and deteriorating torture for forced and televised confessions, is a crime committed by the regime in a large scale fashion.
Prisoners are constantly, day and night, tortured in order to submit and coercively recant everything they believe in and stand for.
We declare that forced and dictated confessions are not credible and are only a solid proof that Islamic republic regime is taking these confessions under extreme pressure and torture.
Detainee’s families have no resources to pursue the fate of their loved ones. Horrifying news implying the killing and secret burial of the detainees has added to the anxiety of the families and has created a widespread fear and panic in the society.
Efforts by mothers of detainees in search of their children, by gathering in front of detention centers have resulted in arrest of family members. Street killings and kidnapping at the moment is the agenda of the regime’s security forces.
We fear the systematic and widespread executions. They are suppressing the assertive opposition activists brutally, organized and systematically, a procedure that without a widespread objection, both in Iran and around the world, could result in a mass murder by this regime.
Some of the signatories of this manifesto are former political prisoners who have experienced torture and imprisonment in 80’s decade. Many of which have survived and witnessed the mass executions of 1981 and 1988 (1360 and 1367) and therefore, believe that crack down, torture and massacre committed by this regime is far more than what is being reported to the public arena.
In this regard, we demand for urgent, vast and widespread protests against the situation of prisons and torture chambers of Iran. We hope that the international and Iranian Diasporas’ efforts reflect this sensitive situation.
We also warn the United Nations and the International Red Cross of another crime against humanity and demand them to use all their venues to stop the occurrence of another massacre and to visit all known and secret prisons of Islamic Republic and do not hesitate to use all their resources to save the prisoners lives.
-We demand the unconditional release of all political prisoners and abolition of all kinds of torture in prisons.
-We demand the unconditional abolition of capital punishment in Iran.
To all freedom lovers!!

We, the former political prisoners of Islamic Republic of Iran, in support of freedom loving people of our country and to call for freedom of all political prisoners, especially those arrested in recent uprising, and to prevent another massacre in Iran, on July 24th and 25th will go on hunger strike in Berlin (Brandenburger Tor). We ask all political activists, organizations, and institutions in defence of human rights and all freedom lovers, to participate in this hunger strike and take a small step towards prevention of another mass murder in Iran.

On the first day of hunger strike, 24th of July at 11:00 AM, the former political prisoners are inviting all the media and reporters to listen to their testimonies and eye witness reports of situation of prisons in Iran.

Those who are willing to participate in the hunger strike, please send your names to the following email address: puyeshtv@yahoo.com
All the supporters of the hunger strike please send your names to the following address: puyeshtv@yahoo.com please mention supporter.
